General
A：Sandland Garments is a manufacturer and exporting company which is located in Xiamen China. We are specialized in high end quality Polo shirt and T shirt for all kinds of Business/Casual wear and Sports wear.
We have more than 12 years experience in the textile industry. With advanced machines, processing facilities, professional workers and experienced quality inspectors, we have implemented comprehensive management and quality control systems and provided better customer services.
A: We can provide available sample for free, and you only need to pay the shipping cost. The charge for new sample making is refundable, which means we will return it in your bulk order. It takes around one week for sample making once all details confirmed.
A: We are always implementing strict to protect our customers’ IPR such as design, logo, artwork, tooling, samples like ourselves.
Products
A: Usually our MOQ is 100 pcs per design per color that can mix 3-4 different sizes.
It is also subject to the different designs and fabric. Some styles need 200 pieces per design per color to start, like sports bra, yoga shorts, etc.
A: You can provide us your design artwork and specific fabric requirements. Or pictures of styles then we can make samples to you first.
Customization
A: Yes, the price we offer is for a fully-fledged garment packed into a bio-degradable bag.
Custom accessories & packaging will be invoiced separately.
A: Sure, we can print the logo by heat transfer, silk-screen printing, silicone gel etc. Please advise your logo in advance. Besides, we can also custom your own hangtag, polybag bag, cartons, etc.
Service
A: We understand quality is the key factor affects your margin, that is why we conduct 100% QC inspection involved in the whole process of every single item from raw material, workmanship, completed product, packaging, in order to reduce any unnecessary extra cost.
A: Yes, we provide custom made service. OEM and ODM are welcomed.
A: If you found some items are unqualified, please contact our sales team then provide us the clear pictures or video about problems. We will check then ask you mail back us the items for checking to find the reasons. We will redo some goods to you or deduct the corresponding payment from the next order.
Payment
A: Our payment terms are T/T, Western Union, Moneygram, Trade Assurance. Paypal only available for sample order.
Shipping
A: This is a problem concerns quite a few customers. As to small packages, we recommend the fastest express by DHL/UPS/FEDEX, etc. For bulk order, seaway will be a cost effective choice when it is not urgent.
A: The shipping cost depends on the different shipping ways and the final weights.
Please contact us our international sales to provide us your styles and quantity, and then a rough price will be offered for your reference.
A: Usually, sampling need about 5-7 working days and 20-25 working days for bulk production.
